In 2011 we formed Sandler & Company (Cayman) to provide Cayman audits to registered Cayman Island Mutual funds. Sandler & Company, P.C. provides audit, tax, accounting and advisory services to a diversified clientele including hedge funds, private equity funds, commodity pools, broker dealers and investment advisers, as well as medical practices, law firms, real estate developers and investors, non-profit organizations, high tech, retailers, distributors, manufacturers and high net worth individuals.
We are members of the Florida Alternative Investment Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of CPA’s, of which three members of our firm serve on the Alternative Investments Committee. We are also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. (PCAOB) and have successfully passed national peer review under the standards established by the Peer Review Board of the American Institute of CPA’s.
We are an independent member of the BDO Alliance USA, a nationwide association of independently owned local and regional accounting, consulting and service firms with similar client service goals.
